Rules on returns

You will return the goods bought from us easily and cheaply at any InPost parcel machine

In our store, you don't have to worry about the selected product not meeting your requirements or otherwise not meeting your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with low-cost returns Parcel Machines InPost, you buy without stress and fear that returning the purchased goods will be a road through an ordeal.

Under current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a remote contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which gives you the opportunity to send the return package back to us by Parcel Post InPost.

We chose InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments because of:

• Simple handling of returning goods to our store - you choose the goods to return or which you want to claim, generate a return form and a 10-character code, which you write on the package, which you send to any parcel machine in Poland (please note that the generated code is valid for 30 days);

• Convenient and fast shipping of goods without queues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

So thanks to our cooperation, you don't have to wait for the courier. All you need to do is to print out the automatically generated documents and, for example, on your way to work, leave the parcel at a Parcel Machine convenient for you.
